About Our Ministry

Texas residents, missionaries and evangelists; Mark and Valerie Carter, along with their two daughters Jordan and Sydney, each have a personal passion to see people in crisis rescued from their destructive lifestyle and are actively working as a family to grow this ministry.
As a young girl growing up in Oakland, California, Valerie witnessed first-hand the world of human trafficking, women entangled in domestic violence, drug and alcohol addiction along with their children. Although she was never a victim herself, a family member unfortunately was, beginning at a young age, and never rescued from the world of slavery and addiction.
Now, the Carter family has made it their passion and personal mission to put a stop to the sex slavery industry and bring healing to people in crisis and those victimized by sex trafficking, through many philanthropic endeavors.
We want to spotlight this as a major issue throughout the state of Texas. Specifically, the DFW area as it is a main hub of human trafficking in America, and the nearby Denton county being number one in the state of Texas for child trafficking. These high numbers are due to the open American border and the ports that are now easily accessible, making it very easy to transport humans into and out of America.
Our goal here at RRT, is to set the captives free via the use of the revenue of a multifaceted business structure using several business models to supply finances to local, national and eventually worldwide programs working to end human trafficking. Currently, we are working in the states of Texas and California where the problem has exploded even more in recent years. We want to bring awareness to the community by supporting local, national, and worldwide authorities, in the capture of human traffickers as well as enforcing arrests and convictions, while bringing hope and a future to those who are being Rescued, Redeemed, and Transformed.
