Melissa is a dedicated educator, mentor, and advocate with a heart for helping others experience healing, growth, and restoration. As a special education teacher, she brings compassion, patience, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals and families.

In her role as Coordinator and Mentor with RRT Ministries, Melissa walks alongside women with encouragement, consistency, and Christ-centered support. She is passionate about helping others recognize their God-given value, overcome obstacles, and move forward in greater freedom, confidence, and purpose.
