James is a devoted husband and father of five who brings decades of experience in training, leadership, and development within the corporate environment to RRT Ministries. He is also a Certified Identity Coach, with a particular strength in individualization—recognizing the unique gifts, strengths, and potential within each person.

 

James has a heart for men who are searching for meaning, identity, and purpose in a fallen world. As a mentor, he walks alongside men with encouragement, wisdom, and Christ-centered guidance, helping them discover who God created them to be, grow in their faith, and move forward with greater purpose, confidence, and direction.
