With over 25 years of experience in education, leadership, ministry, and organizational development, Sophia brings a wealth of wisdom, insight, and experience to her role as Secretary and Advisor.

She holds a B.A. in English, with minors in Communications and Religion, from Augsburg College, as well as a Master’s degree in Old Testament Studies from Luther Seminary. Her diverse professional background includes management, business and nonprofit consulting, education, and certified life coaching.

Ordained in 2012, Sophia has a heart for helping people grow in faith, leadership, and purpose. She is deeply committed to empowering others to walk confidently in their God-given calling with wisdom, clarity, compassion, and integrity.
