Sydney holds an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and has more than ten years of experience in childcare and early childhood development. She is currently pursuing her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential, expanding her training in behavioral support and working with children with autism and other developmental and special needs.

As a mentor with RRT Ministries, Sydney brings compassion, patience, and hands-on experience to her work with teens. Her background in early childhood development and behavioral support gives her a unique understanding of the needs of children and families. She has a heart for encouraging the next generation and helping them build healthy foundations while discovering their God-given identity, value, and purpose.
