With more than 30 years in ministry, Valerie has served as an Associate Pastor in both Youth and Young Adults, teacher, and leader — pioneering homeschool and young adult groups, leading women in ministry, and mentoring emerging leaders. She has over 20 years of leadership experience working with people in crisis and 16 years as an educator, blending practical insight with spiritual wisdom. A mentor at heart, she invests in one-on-one discipleship, small group Bible studies, and trauma-informed healing sessions, often traveling long distances to meet women and teens where they are.​​

Known for carrying both a shepherd’s tenderness and a warrior’s boldness, Valerie weaves Scripture with her personal testimony to create safe spaces where lives are healed and transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.​​​

A devoted wife to her husband, Mark, and mother to daughters Jordan and Sydney, Valerie’s heart for family fuels her vision of generational restoration and legacy. She writes devotionals for teens, young women, and women that focus on identity, inner healing, and walking in the power of the Holy Spirit. Above all, her passion is to see lives Rescued, Redeemed, and Transformed by the love of Jesus and to leave a legacy of freedom, faith, and Kingdom transformation for generations to come.
